hard news, politics and international news, culture and sport.

most likely to support the labour party as they are socialists and they would likely read the Daily Mirror.
4) If someone is right-wing, which political party are they likely to support? Which newspaper would they be likely to read?
they would most likely be a conservative and read The Times as it targets more upper/middle class.
5) Why has there been a decline in newspaper sales in the last 20 years?
because there has been a rise in NDM- new digital media- including news on your phone on demand.
6) Why is a free press important in a democracy like the UK?
this means that newspaper companies and the press can report on anything they want to, this is so its fair and not a dictatorship like other countries.
